ALMA is a multidisciplinary creative studio working across branding, interiors, digital experiences, product development and visual direction.

Founded by Jesu Silva and Mila Junge, the studio approaches each project holistically, shaping thoughtful worlds through strategy, storytelling, aesthetics and experience.

With experience across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia, Alma has collaborated with fashion, lifestyle and residential clients spanning apparel, interiors, hospitality and product-based brands.

Alongside developing their own brands and creative ventures, the studio has led projects ranging from fashion and textile collections to digital experiences, spatial concepts, product development and creative direction.

Jesu Silva

Co-founder

Jesu Silva is a creative director and designer whose work moves across fashion, branding, interiors and digital experiences.

With a background spanning residential and hospitality design, product development, fashion entrepreneurship and creative consulting, her approach combines strategic thinking with emotional storytelling and a refined editorial sensibility.

She is the co-founder and creative force behind Cuckoo B, a fashion accessories brand recognized for its distinctive aesthetic language and global artisanal perspective. Through the brand, she has developed collections, visual campaigns and product-driven experiences bridging fashion, craftsmanship and storytelling.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a furniture design and trends consultant for Falabella (Latin America’s leading retail company) developing products and concepts across home and lifestyle categories. The experience shaped her understanding of design at both conceptual and commercial scale, bridging aesthetics, consumer insight and product development

At Alma, she leads creative direction, brand development and the conceptual vision behind the studio’s projects creating brands, products and spaces that feel timeless, intentional and deeply human.

Mila Junge

Co-founder

Mila Junge is a designer and creative director working across fashion, interiors, styling and visual storytelling.

Raised between textiles, ateliers and creative environments, she developed an early connection to materials, craftsmanship and visual culture shaping a refined and highly aesthetic approach to design.

She studied fashion design in Santiago and at Parsons School of Design in New York before spending nearly a decade in Los Angeles working across fashion design, manufacturing, styling and creative direction.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with brands such as Reformation and Boyish while also contributing to the evolution of her family’s lifestyle brand, Colomba Living.

Her experience spans garment development, sourcing, textiles, fittings, product development and lifestyle-driven design, bringing a holistic perspective to both fashion and interior-focused projects.

At Alma, Mila leads projects through an experiential and detail-oriented lens shaping thoughtful brands, spaces and visual worlds through materiality, atmosphere and storytelling.
